I hear my knees cracking when I achievement around, I hit a little discompose when I curve them. I was wondering if this may support my knees with flexibility.

Absolutely. The combination of glusosamine and chondroitin helps to repair joints and relieve pain in your knees, ankles and elbows.

Sure will. I had the same difficulty as you hit today and took these two upon recommendation from my sister who had taken them before. After most a week, I've noticed some improvements. Am still taking them but on a modify dosage. Now I take one of each daily.

Yes and no---there is no evidence that Glucosamine/Chondroitin does anything for tightness. You need a regimen of stretching and gentle exercise to alleviate that. But G/C does help INFLAMMATION and joint lubrication in about 40% of the people who take it. It's worth a shot, But provide it at least two months before you end whether or not it helped you. If it does, then continue it. It won't hurt anything. (Take at least 1500/1200 dosage though every day...any less won't help much.)

Yes, it will definitely help. You should ingest a liquid glucosamine/chrondrotin however. I ingest Synflex 1500. IT WORKS!
