 What could be wrong with the side of my hip?

Ok well for three weeks already the bone that's on the outer lateral of your thy (in between my thy and ass cheek) and right low your hip, the bone has been sticking out a little but it didn't hurt and on friday i lapse same 3 times skateboarding and i lapse hard and today that bone or whatever it is, is inflated and it looks same a huge ball and it hurts when i walk, what could be wrong with it?? i know its not fractured or broken
