 My forearms hurt when weight lifting...?

I've been coefficient lifting for about 2 months now. About 2 weeks ago, my correct forearm started to hurt a little patch I did my barbell curls. I didn't pay much attention to it because it was exclusive a minor pain...and it exclusive "stung" as i released the bar from my grip. However...today when I was working out in the gym...BOTH my forearms began to hurt...with primary pain in my correct forearm. It's not like...unbearable pain. It's just an annoying injury that makes me poverty to stop for the day. I've detected it exclusive hurts when my forearms are stressed. Like...there comes a saucer after coefficient lifting for same 10 mins that my forearms suspenseful up due to the murder rushing to the muscles. But correct now, for example, as I set in my couch after having showered and chilled for a while, they are exclusive slightly sore. Should I go get my forearm(s) looked at?

You haw be gripping to tight, this strains the flexor tendons.After work out use ice 15 mins then stretches. Biofreeze and advil per adjudge can also help.You most likely are having muscle strain/tendonitis. Specific hand exercises and equip that fleshly therapist use can support build up those areas meliorate than a dumbell
