Are there whatever muscles cramps reaching with it? You could be low on potassium or Magnesium. A herb is loaded with potassium, Magnesium comes in a pill form, from what foods I can't think of correct at the moment. You might essay stretching the leg muscles. Lay on your back, legs straight. Now move bending your legs toward you until you can grab your knee's with your hands. Pull them forward toward your stomach/chest area as far as you can. stop for a moment or so, then let them back down to the straight position slowly. Do this most 6 or 7 times. When finished, manipulate the muscles and administer whatever topical cream like Aspercreme. You can do both legs or one leg at a time. If you hit a bathtub or whirlpool, intend in with whatever hearty water and soak it up. Those legs and hips should feel great. You could also verify a 600 Mg Ibuprofen. Do the muscles stretches twice a day. Why are they sore, could be from sitting a long time, the way you slept or the mattress, good be so some things. Wishing you the rattling best teen Mohammedan and I wish the soreness goes away as apace as it came on. Think of whatever things you did that haw hit caused this, even a period or two preceding to the soreness. Drink lots of water. Good luck

Could be lots of things. Sometimes this happens from a nutritional imbalance - low potassium etc. Dehydration can be a problem too. Sometimes women will intend this ache just before their menstrual cylce. Some medications can drive leg and thigh pain. If in doubt, just call up your doctors office and intend their suggestions. Best wishes.
