Ive had Plantar fasciitis for nearly a period now.. im attractive medicine for it.. is there anything else to assist the pain? im 24 years older and i see like im 90 in the mornings! Is it meliorate to soak my feet in cold or hot water? Hot feels so such meliorate but it makes my feet swell.. anyone undergo why?
