What can I do most hip pains when I wake up in the morning?

I have a five month old baby. We co-sleep. Lately I've been having problems waking up with pain in my hips (depending on which lateral I slept longest). I didn't have this issue patch pregnant. I try to rest with a place between my knees. I wonder if it's worse because I don't move much in my rest because the baby is in my bed with me. The place between the knees isn't really helping much. Any suggestions are much appreciated! Thanks!

In connatural every day sitting or sleeping we advise around a lot. If you ever get the chance, check out how much you advise around when you sit at the table for dinner. This shitting helps to relieve push and allows for blood flow to the joints and area we are sitting/lying on. So when you meet in digit position for long periods of time, like you are doing at night, the pressure/pain receptors are activated, the joints/muscles are formal and you perceive in the morning. Co-sleeping crapper work if you 1) hit enough space and 2) see confident that you crapper move. The first crapper usually be solved with a large bed. My mother years ago actually got two queen beds and put them next to each another when my youngest brother was born. The second part is usually the most difficult. I hit found that many grouping are afraid to co-sleep. They see they need to meet ever alert or avoid moving so they don't disrupt and/or injure. So, you crapper either cipher your bottom problem, be it shack or comfortability, or you crapper get up every some hours throughout the night and advise around to help reduce your morning pain.
