 Does stretching hurt?

When i consequence up or feel same stretching, i debase all the way bending my back. But today when i stretch, my chest on the left side hurts me. I don't even undergo what's wrong with me...Do you guys know?

Maybe you pulled something in that muscle, or you haven't used that hooligan in a while and it strained it. It belike isn't anything to worry about. =]

Sounds like a pulled muscle, meet rest a couple of days. do not stretch your bunk embody and give it a rest.
