 my backwards is really sore.. how can I make it kibosh hurting?

my backwards really intense this morning.. it's killing when I got out of bed and every instance I tense up.. if I lift my arm (on the side of my backwards that it's hurting on) into the air, it will hurt the smalest bit, but not as intense as anything else. someone said that if I do that, and it kills, I've torn a mucel or ligimets.. is that true? do you think I've torn a ligiment - which would be really intense because it takes ages to ameliorate right? I'm doing some another streches to help it.. because I think that doing nothing makes it feel worse. should I be doing that? so basically, how it happened was I was pulled across the floor in class yesterday and it slowly started to hurt, until it gt really intense and I had to go home, it got a taste better throughout the day, but ease is really painfull. I'm trying to wager a student soon, but what should I do in the mean time? is there anything else I should be doing? I have something on for the next 4 nights and I would really like to go to them.. how can I reduce the pain for them.. I'm selection to do anything. I have a soccer game on the 4 th night. should I be going to that? thanks in advance for your answers :)

Here is what I hit learned most a sore back, and I am an expert. 1. DO NOT TRY TO STRETCH. No, I am not kidding. This happened to my dad. I don't know the exact constituent for this but the discompose happens when two discs in the aerobatics come unitedly due to pressure and cause the nerve in between to be irritated. Try stretching out as farther as you crapper go for 1-2 minutes each day. This should help ease the pain. If that doesn't work try some Ben-Gay. :]
