 What's a good way to get rid of a head ache or Migraine without medication?

I ever get migraines. and it's because of sinus' but I don't hit sinuses anymore. When I hit a headache I usually verify advil or tylenol, but I decided that all these pills are enough. Is there a meliorate way to get rid of a head ache? Like a nap, blistering showers, etc...? P.S, my head hurts right now! :(
