I went to a naturpathic for my osteoporis and she place me on glucosamine salt and took me off the metal I was taking. What do you think of this ? Thanks

Its commonly used for osteoarthritis is what I know, and I've heard it is very helpful and is used. I'm pretty sure it is a monosaccarhride and I think it comes from shellfish. It is very helpful in rebuilding cartilage, so it should impact better than meet metal tablets.
