It sounds like you could hit Osteoarthritis (arthritis in the knee) or possibly osgood slaughters which could require surgery (or a brace). It's common in teenagers.

The questions that needs to be answered are, "Where is the Pain?" and "Do you have more discompose at the end of the day, but it feels pretty beatific in the morning?" If the discompose is on the face of your lower handicap about 1-2 inches below your kneecap- conceive Osgood Schlatter's. Treated by not doing activities like running. this is a self resolving condition. If you see pretty beatific in the morning, but it hurts at the end of the day- your problem is in your feet, not your knees. Feet being misaligned can cause discompose in the knees. I personally have seen some patients with knee discompose that was nearly instantly relieved by having a chiropractor adjust their feet. If the discompose is really deep or on the sides, It could be muscular or joint. A chiropractor can also help out with these also. I would recommend you move with a chiropractor. If it is something more serious, they module refer you out to a scrutiny doctor. Good Luck with this
