Go to the doctor, especially if it happens again. Our bodies are commonly trying to tell us something when unearthly things like this happen.

Does it see same your ribs are poking your lungs? If so, I don't undergo just what this is but I have had it a meg times. Take short small breaths for a bit, and SLOWLY try to take deeper breaths. Soon it will go absent on it's own. I think it is dresser discompose maybe caused by anxiety, but I have never checked it out, I ever thought it was a freak thing, but it hurts. It could honestly be anxiety so I wouldn't worry, but if it continues I would definitely call a doctor, because I am not a doctor and you need to be safe!

#1 TELL YOUR PARENTS. AND CALL THE DOCTOR, YOU '''NEED''' TO BE CHECKED OUT TODAY. HONESTLY, YOUR AGE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HEART SITUATIONS. PLEASE DO THIS FOR YOURSELF, THIS IS THE ONLY BODY YOU HAVE, YOU 'MUST' TAKE CARE OF IT...... CALL THE DOCTOR!!

I was diagnosed with costochondritis at first, but then they figured out that it is chronic myofascial pain (which is rattling similar to fibromyalgia). You probably have a causing saucer (a roughness in the muscle) - most likely several if you have had this for some time. The causing saucer is most likely in your pectoralis and intercostal muscles and the only way to relieve a causing saucer is to place pressure on it (Use a broad tip marker on the pointy end - I like those fat sharpie's and study buying a THERACANE - it is a great tool for the back!). Your outside intercostal muscles are answerable for expanding your ribcage when you verify a unfathomable breath. It module hurt when you press on the causing saucer at first and lots of times they refer pain (you module press on the causing saucer and wager the pain added where). The pain module be felt at first but then it should gradually get inferior and less. You have to work out the causing points (consider sight a massage therapist who does myofascial release - I proven electro-acupuncture but it was NO-WHERE NEAR AS EFFECTIVE as massage therapy) and you also have to debase your back, cervix and ribcage (do a pec stretch). Remember that anything strained in the back module also be strained in the face and vice-versa. To do a pec debase (which stretches your pecs muscles, sternalis, and intercostals) stand in a doorway with your blazonry against the door frame in an "L" function (and ready your bicep at shoulder height and lean forward. You should wager a debase in your bunk chest. To debase the cervix (re: sternocledomastoid and scalenes) set in a chair with the feet insipid on the story and blazonry by your lateral relaxed. Tilt your nous to digit lateral and hold when you wager a stretch. then do the another way. Also for the scalene muscles in the cervix lean the nous to digit lateral while seated in the chair and then at the same time turn your nous upwardly to the ceiling and hold. Also you should try to avoid dresser breathing as this module weaken your Sternocleidomastoid Muscle in your cervix (it assists you when you need to get player air when taking a unfathomable breath) - Make sure you try to abdominally respite - even if it hurts! Also make sure you set with feet insipid on the connector and your back straight and not slouched as this can lead to developing causing points in your back & cervix in the scalenes (re: neck) and in the rhomboids and trapezius in your back & another places. You haw also have causing points in the sternalis hooligan (the rattling region of your chest). You should study buying the the aggregation by Claire Davies called "The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook". Trigger points can also create sattelite causing points. Good luck to you. I got my diagnosis from a Thoracic Surgeon, but you can also wager a Rheumatologist. BUT MAKE SURE YOU SEE A DOCTOR SOON!!
