When I ingest a heater, (dry heat) I have the most extreme headache!!!! I wake-up sicker than a dog, with a hang-over. I am in much extreme pain, it makes me throw-up. Quite close to a migraine, only I crapper eat. And go on the 'puter, briefly. What causes this? And how crapper I make the pain stop / go away? My mom showed me something, place a bounteous ol' pot of liquid on to boil, let that modify up the house (wet heat, she calls it) this does not make me sick. But, I can't go to rest with a pot on the stove, boiling away. I ordinarily would not place the heater on. But, the baby; I didn't want her effort sick, from the change in weather. (we live in S. Florida; and it is COLD now) Coal Shed, I undergo that. (turn off the heater, since it makes me sick) Did you not see, I said "because of the baby?" Not, meant in a mean, sarcastic way. Noah's Ark, Thank you so much. I had a "sittting a pot of liquid out" idea, but I don't have the radiator ;~/ I am leaving the modify off!!! tonight and I'll meet have to place the babies' clothes. She won't keep the blankets on herself. Again, impart you brother, so much. May Jehovah continue to belss you and your household.Agape, Bamboo thank you 'ladywolf'; I'll communicate my Dr. most it. oops, sorry; ladywolf, it's a forced hot air system. Central air. Meemaw, impart you. I'm going to have to intend the humidifier, etc... I knew it could dry my sinus passages up. It kinda feels like me mentality was cooking, from the exposure to the modify of it. O yeah, also; I had it turned down, so that it wouldn't go on for long, when it would.

Just turn soured your heater if it makes you sick! And if it is cold, place on an extra bedding on your bed, and place teddy bear in the oven for 2 mins for extra comfort.

Bamboo, if you hit a Forced Hot Air system that blows dry modify up through the vents in the floor or down thru the ceiling you need to add a humidifier to the system with it's own control mounted on the ductwork... Forced hot air is the driest modify there is to hit even though it's the fastest.... I too used to get headaches from the dry modify .... Your mom is correct but you can't leave a pot of water on the stove all night, as you said that would be dangerous.. I remember my own gran leaving a pot of water on the radiators at period for the same reasons ... If you cannot get one buy a Humidifier at a store down there , that will help and it will be safer for you both... I'm a vaporisation and A/C Tech by trade so this problem isn't new to me .... Hope you feel better .....

Go to wally-world and get a modify mist vaporizer or small humidifier for each bedroom. Try to ready your heat at 68 degrees. Keeping a concern likewise hearty takes likewise much humidness discover of the expose and can dry the sinuses among another things. I had alot of problems with headaches & nosebleeds before an ENT gave me these suggestions. Hope this helps :) Agape, Melissa

Not sufficiency wetness in the room. I always leave the windows a tad bit open for a few hrs a day, even on the coldest winter days. It helps to prevent headaches.

Don't turn the heating off however go a cutting or two downbound and place a break towel over the radiator. Also tell whoever is last to take a bath at period to leave the water in. This will add to the moisture in the expose so that the parched modify won't cause your symptoms. In our house we hit the opposite problem. We hit damp, so need the modify on to parched discover the walls and use a dehumidifier. You could use an expose ioniser to neutralise the parched heat. Hope this Helps.

Just don't use the material dryer. Wash your material in front and let it air dry naturally. I would not poverty to undergo a cephalalgia because of a material dryer!
