The flat feet is extremely essential to this question. What you requirement is to go to a local pharmacy and encounter the aisle with foot products. They wil hit an assortment of products made by either Dr. Scholl's or Spenco. You are looking for an bend support. That in most cases will bring the feet into what is famous as neutral. That should ease the stress upon your feet and the knee. If that exclusive helps a lowercase then you are feat to hit to see a specialist for bespoken made orthotics. Hopefully the over the counter orthotics will help you.

There are a sort of foot ailments that could be causing your pain. Are you on your feet a lot in your new job? That could be intensifying some foot conditions you may have that didn't show up when you had a sit-down job. You didn't say exactly where your pain was, so I haven't a clue what to verify you. My suggestion would be to see a podiatrist, a foot doctor. He or she would be able to recommend a beatific work shoe if your foot condition warrants it. Good luck!
