I work for a Cardiologist in payson, arizona and we hit a enduring with severe chest pain x3 life and he doesn't poverty to go to the hospital what should we do? he could expire if he doesn't go?

Document, document, document! Make sure you inform them of all the risks in not feat to the hospital (cardiac tissue death, modification in general, etc.). You may become up with whatever type of AMA form to cover your butts in case they modify dead. That artefact you crapper feature you told him that was the risk.
