If you're rattling flexible then you might hit joint hyper-mobility syndrome. Instead of your knee container just moving up and down it moves every over your knees. When you hit your knee bent for a little while it module crack and imbibe for a few minutes when you intend up. This module usually result in arthritis. If you don't hit persistent knee soreness, then don't worry.

Just your ligament slipping over the bone. Totally normal and nothing to worry about. You may be more likely to get arthritis in this knee in the future though... Dr. James

If you're rattling flexible then you might hit joint hyper-mobility syndrome. Instead of your knee cap meet moving up and down it moves all over your knees. When you hit your knee bent for a little patch it will crack and imbibe for a few minutes when you get up. This will usually result in arthritis. If you don't hit persistent knee soreness, then don't worry.

It's fine. It's like cracking your knuckles. Exactly the same effect (that is, none).
