I thought I necessary more sleep, so I slept for an hour. It didn't go away. I thought I was dehydrated, so I drank 4 glasses of water. It didn't go away. I drank coffee (it helps sometimes). It didn't go away. We ran discover of aspirin as well. What can I do? I can't centre on my schoolwork with my head aching! I've tried massaging my head and the back of my neck. The pain lessened a bit, but it's still there. :( I don't ingest anything carbonated.

Are you trusty it is Migraine? If caffiene (coffee or coca cola) does not help, try a cold arrange to the neck and back of the head, or the lineament if that is where you see the worst pain. Make trusty you don't have an infection in a tooth, sinus or ear. Relaxation exercises or meditation can support reduce the headaches, especially when started early after the aching onset. Be certain most not using too much aspirin. there are medicines available which support many having true migraine, and are not narcotic or downer in nature. Ask your student for more information.
