Both. Lots of people will say mental pain but I'll look they never experienced fleshly pain so intense it effects you mentally.

um both are bad, but mental pain u can fix, and fleshly pain will ameliorate by itself. I hope u become "above" the weather!!

Usually fleshly discompose is only temporary whereas mental discompose can last forever.

You can't compare the two. The gage is always greener on the another side.....so people who suffer physically will tell you that their discompose is greater and viceversa... Ever been hopelessly in love with someone who wasn't interested? Ever broken a bone and waited hours for it to be seen to?
