strangely i woke up this farewell with this discompose in my chest. i am not sure if it is my backwards or my chest. when i inhale it feels worst. it,s not a sharp pain. i tried crapulence some water to wager if i was dehydrated. now i hit a headache. i don't undergo if the two pains are related. i took some discompose relievers and took a brief nap--the discompose is ease there. any suggestions what this may be or how to cipher it.

that happened to me when I slept on my side all night. for me my chest cartilage got compacted and the only artefact for me to fix it was to place flat with something in the middle of my backwards for like 30 mins stretching my solar plexus until it literally popped backwards to normal. a very weird feeling but afterward the pain was gone a it felt like a huge Relief of pressure.

I've had a similar problem. It could be asthma, whatever grouping get intense asthma that causes pain in their back and their chest. I think you might have a respiratory problem. I'm not sure if it's dangerous or not (again, it might just be asthma). I recommend feat to the doctor to check it out. When you go, be sure that nothings wrong and every things okay. The medico may prescribe whatever medications or something that will solve your problem. So I basically say go see a doc.
