 What is wrong with my foot?

something happened where now i can place push on the bunk part of my foot(towards te ankle) and all i do is push downbound and i can feel it in my toes. It feels same a string actuation my toe from the inside. I just left it alone but now it acts up by itself. some ideas on wht this is>?

You could hit an issue feat on with the tendons around there (an example only), but the exclusive way to know for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the status to see what they say.
