couple of life ago i was fighting and got kicked in the back of the neck it really hurt and the pain spread to my head i took painkillers and its fine now suddenly i made a movement and the pain is back but its really back in the left side of the back of my head and whatever in the neck does anyone know what this is and how to intend rid of it?

well i never experience anything like that... beside what were you doing in a fight? no girl fisticuffs (well pulling hair is normal but mitt fight?) your neck maybe is bruise, fracture, or sprain. i suggest to see a doctor perhaps

I think that there is some variety of tissue rousing around that area, I would essay putting some cover (couple of cover cubes in a plastic bag) wrapped in a towel on the backwards lateral of the head. If this does not help, I think death guard is right, you need to get this patterned out..... taking painkillers exclusive mask the pain, it will not get to the drive of this pain.., and I think that since you got kicked in the backwards of the neck, you may just want to make sure, your cervix bones are ok.
