when you intend them big time cramps in your legs, and you feel like youre dying, wha should you do. i had a big oe yesterday for about 3 minutes. i change it coming and proven to kibosh it but it was already too late as intense pain had taken my correct leg. it change like my foot was twisting, and not in th aforementioned position as the other. i proven to starech but that didnt seem to stop. i had no pick to intend in the story and just nearly cried. my leg wasn't striaght and it was kinda hard. and my foot change like it was turing to the correct and i couldnt move it. i proven to defence and walk, but coulnt. finally i got a quickbreak, and walked o it, and i went away. WHAT CAN YOU DO TO PREVENT CRAMPS LIKE THAT? WHAT CAUSES THEM? WHAT TO DO WHEN YOURe IN THE MIDDLE OF ONE?

well it could be becasue of your age. are you growing? if not and your same i dont undergo 20 and its not ontogeny maby you should study pain pills have you tried attractive 2 iboprofin? those work good or just go to the store and look in the medicin section. trust me you will find SOMETHING. if pills dont work and it happens often go to the doctor they might be able to perscribe something that the stores wont have. also essay a vaporisation pad where ever it hurts.

It could be so many different things, but the most likely is potassium deficiency. Try eating more bananas or baked potatoes (especially the skin). When you're in the region of one, the best thing to do is to try to point your toes up to debase your calf.
