everything hurts. i feel same i slept with my embody all tensed up. but what rattling concerns me besides my muscles hurting is that my joints hurt. its meet early when i first wake. my knees elbows shoulders, all aches. no need for pain pillls. meet wonder if it is normal or early arthritis. i am not older ok maybe a bit. 36 am i experiencing the first stages of older age? grrr
