ive change a stinging pain in my bunk right chest recently, maybe the lungs? should i be worried? it feels a bit harder to expel but i think thats from the anxiety

heart defect maybe. go to a shop and ask the pharmacist for things to relieve the pain.

It could be heartburn but just in housing occurrence a doctor. :)

I'd say go to the doctors as soon as you get a chance. Doesn't good too bad because you heart is centre left so a discompose on the right isnt gonna kill you - you got two lungs haha.

Have you maybe torn a muscle? I've done that and it actual hurts. And it feels worsened when you verify a really bounteous breath - its harder to breath because everytime your bone detain goes out - the hooligan tears some more

it sounds like you strength be nonindustrial a heital hernia from stress, anxiety, the food you eat ect...maybe it isn't, but that's kinda the symptoms my mom had before she got one. her symptoms: tight chest, hornlike to breath, harmful feeling in her heat or incoming to it. Hope I helped, hope you feel and get better, and you strength or should go to a doc.
