Emily, I would like you to try these movements to see if they don't stop your problem. Sit in a straight chair with the feet flat on the story and the hips firmly planted. Now twist the body to the mitt as farther as it crapper go and state the degree of rotation. Now invoke to the correct as farther as you crapper and state the degree of rotation. One content is going to invoke further so start with the one that turns the furthest. Twist the torso as farther and hornlike as you crapper in that content for 30 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds. Repeat that wheel twice more in exactly the same manner. Now after the rest period twist to the oppositeness content exactly the same artefact 3 times. Raise the mitt limb up as high as you crapper and state the peak achieved then do the correct limb and state the height. One limb will have gone up further so start with that limb first. Raise that limb up as hornlike and farther as possible for 30 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds. Repeat that wheel twice more and then do the oppositeness limb 3 times exactly the same way. Lastly invoke your head to the mitt as farther as you crapper and state the degree of turning and then invoke to the correct and state the degree of rotation. Turn you head in the content that turned the most. Turn it as hornlike and farther as you crapper for 30 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds. Repeat that twice more and then do the oppositeness content exactly the same artefact 3 times. Now intend up and advise around. There should be less pain and more coverall mobility present. Do these movements at least twice a day.
