Fentanyl. It's 100 nowadays stronger than Morphine and comes in a patch you put on your arm. Oxycottin and Tylenol (Although I do hit to conceive that was a gag response) do not compare mg for mg. In fact, opiate is dosed in the micrograms because of its strength. (That's millionths of a gram)

Probably hydromorphone, available by prescription only, and otherwise very controlled and very dangerous. This is, of course, a complete guess based on sight.
