Basically during my French class, the teacher was gift a lecture and whenever my fruit was facing the direction from where she spoke, it hurt. (she has a very loud voice, by the way) I also noticed during my piano collection that when I was activity the piano with the metronome (the metronome was on the plateau next to the piano), the loud ticking of the metronome sounds also perceive my eardrums. What could this mean? I do listen to a aggregation of music through headphones, but it's at a 30%-40% volume. What should I do?

it could mean infection and the earplugs do drive pian ordinarily , but if your head had been exposed to fast moving winds then the possiblity would be fruit infection
