You have whatever muscles pinched in your backwards that are putting push on the nerves going to your bowels. All night long they can rest and don't have the push but when you get up in the morning the push is on again and the push is causing the bowels to not impact correctly and they end up passing what is in them out. Here is how to release your muscles in your back: Back:: Place your mitt assistance on your mitt leg next to your body. Place your correct assistance over your mitt shoulder and encounter the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward, keeping your mitt limb fairly straight as you do. When you reach your travel rest there for added 10 seconds, release the push but rest there for added 30 seconds. Then reverse your assistance positions and do your correct side.

These are questions you should ask you Primary Care Physician (PCP). Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) could be a cause. Though really it would be hard to tell without consulting your doctor. A aggregation of things bourgeois in to problems same these. Do you eat a aggregation of fatty foods? Do you eat just before you go to bed? So to sum this up, go visit your PCP if your worried about it. Hope things work out for you!
