Severe Wrist Pain (Left) In Morning?

For the past 4 life I hit been waking up with excruciating discompose in my mitt wrist. But, after about 2-3minutes of moving it around, the discompose subsides and is completely gone for the rest of the day. Last night I made sure to keep my mitt hand in a comfortable position to know that I wasn't sleeping on it. I'm 19 years old and weight lift 4 times a week, so I'm wondering if it's a pulled muscle, but, it's never happened before. Anyone added had this problem or know what the problem is? Thanks.

You hit done something to your wrist to make the tendons shorten up. They usually do that when trauma is put to them but if you hit been lifting weights you could hit done something to them that made it feel like a trauma and caused this to happen. Here is how you can release your wrist to get rid of the pain: Wrist: With hand resting in front of you and your wrist bent half artefact closed, press downbound hornlike slightly behind the wrist and hold that pressure. After 30 seconds slowly unstoppered your wrist up as far as you can, release the push but hold your wrist unstoppered for added 30 seconds.
