i am in the hospital with a broken arm and some heart/blood problems and i hit bin hear for a bit now and it seems same i am effort weaker and weaker ever period its taking a sound on my embody and mind. i hit found i hit bin more asleep and my period instance nurse is calling me sleepyhead so is their anything i can do to make me feel less tried and asleep ( i rest most 16hours a day) with out exercise or effort my heart rate up much

Amber you need to exercise. Run up and down the stairs ten times or maybe meet walk.
