well i was at my friends house and i was sitting on chair and when i stood up i felt a pain on my lower correct side and i stopped caused it hurts and when i do a surtin move it hurts also and i am intellection maybe a pulled a hooligan or something i am13 years older and i hit an icepack and i saw a flushed spot on the lower correct side

I used to get these pains when i was younger too. Its not because of a ripped hooligan or anything. It could be growing pains, or you sat likewise long. Sometimes when you meet in a destined position for likewise long, muscles tense up. You meet need to massage it out. The tenseness can terminal for individual life or longer.
