Hello I'm a 14 year old male dealing with a large headache. This farewell my family and I went out doing errands and we were out for around 4-5 hours and I felt really tired with a secondary headache. When we got bag I went straight to bottom and my aching felt twice the pain. I woke up at around 4:45 and my nous was in very very much pain! I could not sit up, or even move my head. I was glaring for about 30 min and my mom came in and gave me some aspirin, pain-killers, and an cover pack for my neck. But my nous is KILLING me!! I have pain behindhand my eyes, in the front of my head, and some in my jaw. Btw, (if it helps) my family and I went tubing in Ichitucknee River, Fort White FL and haw hav swallowed some water. Please help me!!

sleep with a algid textile over your forehead, and drink whatever tea. Also drink lots of water. You could be dehydrated. hope you see better!
