I was rubbing the depression under my earlobe, between the rattling back of my lower jaw, and my mastoid process. I was attempting a qi gong slackening technique. I did not push hornlike at all, just same you would to chafe your temple for a headache. The rattling first chafe I did I heard a "crack" or "pop" sound in my left fruit and change a pain at the same moment. The pain was sharp, but not really severe and it slowly dissipated. Also, my fruit category of heard differently? That wore off over time too. I don't undergo what it was but it seems same something that I should undergo more about. Any ideas? I don't think I broke my ear, it doesn't hurt anymore even when I chafe it now. I think the crack noise was same an air eruct or something, but I don't undergo where it came from or how it got there, or even if that is what it really was.

I think it's connatural for ears to do that, although the pain might be diff. for other people. If it doesn't go absent in 24 hrs., enquire a dr.
