I haven't had any caffine in over a year due to maternity and then breastfeeding. This morning I had a small cup of drink and today I have a terrible headache! Is this because of the coffee, if so how do I fix it?

i rarely have drink and whenever i do, i experience headaches too. really annoying ones. probably you need to get used to it again, so go lowercase by lowercase every day. but do you really need to drink coffee?
