 Best way to alleviate sciatica pain?

I'm only 22 and have momentous sciatica pain in my left "butt area" for lack of cost and also down my leg. It's to the point where I can't seem to get comfortable while unerect and sometimes it even leads to a funny gate when I walk cod to the pain. It's a weird feeling, like almost it needs to be popped in place... like a pressure. I do have a strenuous job where I left 30pounds(+) repeatability period in and period out. I do wear crocks at work so I'm wondering if those make it worse? IDK. Anyone know how I can get rid of this pain? I eat right, training at small 4 times a week, and consider myself fairly healthy.

get on your knees, angle on a chair seat, and intend your husband/boyfriend/anyone to angle their knee into your buttcheek. I did this all the instance for my pregnant wife's sciatica and she change so such better.
