I'm 14, 5'6 and 154 lb. I'm experiencing knee pain from doing lunges. I never used to do lunges so that haw be the case, but when i did it for the ordinal time in gym, my knees were perfectly fine. The only pain that i had was a little bit in the thigh and calf areas, but those were really bareable. It's when i did lunges for a 3rd day, that I experienced pain in my knees once I got home. Would my knees still perceive if i were doing lunges correctly, since I never used to do them? If I'm not doing it correctly, could someone explain the form for me?(I personally think im doing them correctly =( ).

Your knees should not hurt. Make sure you don't impact your articulatio to the floor, and ready the handicap in face plumb from the ankle up. It's easy to let your articulatio follow out farther than your foot, and if this is happening, you'll get articulatio pain, and it is not a good thing.
