 electric same pain dispense down both arms?

for some reason yesterday i looked downbound real quick and felt shooting pains downbound both arms if felt as it i liked a 9 volt battery. ease today if i look downbound real slow i slightly see this, not like the pure feeling yesterday, i presume it could be a pinched nerve. idk i cant really encounter a artefact to encounter what im looking for on google.
