It always hurts.....non stop. How crapper I fix that? Doctors and people who know what they are doing would help thanks..... And its all of my back.....mostly upper though.

My brother had the same problem. he could not defence up or sit. No discompose killers helped. He did go to the doctor but it did not support too. So he used tiger balm and started sleeping on the floor. If you are pain from backwards hurting you should sleep somewhere that's not soft, no mattress.
