 How can I help my sore legs?

Hi(: Okay, so I just started the ordinal grade last Monday (August 23) and I joined the tennis team. We started actual practice on Thursday, and since then, my calves and the arch area of my foot hit been killing me! Also in my thighs. Ok, I guess all over my legs(x We're feat to meet all next week again and I'm scared my legs will be likewise sore to warm-up run. How can I support the soreness?!

Lol, I feel you. I connected volleyball over the season and at prototypal I was sore, but now I'm used to it. Its meliorate if you ready employed out daily or so and not wait a long time then just go into it all of a sudden. Because if you do that, you'll get sore. But I recommend putting icy hot on it? Icy hot cures soreness or muscle aches too if i can advert correctly =]
