 why does the mitt side of my back hurt?

It just kinda happened randomly. The mitt side of my back started hurting alot and when ever i bend down it hurts. What can i do to heal it and ground does it hurt?

Well to undergo what to do to fix it you need to first find out the drive of it. I would go wager a doctor most it if it worsens.

I would go wager a doctor too. Is your left side your dominating side? That might be why, you could have a high nerve or a tear. I would call a doctor or go wager one. Defiantly a chiropractor
