 what wrong with my wrist?

so it was after school and i was travel i fellt my bone move right where the ball is it hurts when i turn it a certain artefact i dont undergo whats wrong my mom didnt really tending so yea!i kinda noticed that the ball got lower and it hurt but then it came up i dont undergo please help!:) and it hurts when i type

How such are you typing? It maybe overuse. You might try a brace like people with carpel tunnel do.If you have abnormal movement in your wrist, there maybe a problem. Go to Dr.
