Have you looked at the adjudge on the bottle? most ibuprofen that are 400mg pills say to take 1 every four hours, and not to top a certain mg dosage. Always feature and follow the adjudge - or become a morphine addict, you won't see your tooth then... :)

Kat, you should never verify more than 800 mg per pane or 3200 in 24 hours. 800mg 4 times a day.
