 could i have hurt my wrist?

yesterday i feal over to the ground and landed on my left arm. i didn't feel and discompose at the instance but now if i hold anything for a long instance like my ipod touch or my phone i feel a diminutive sharp discompose in my wrist and if i hold anything to long it gets worse. It didn't swell or anything but if i put presser on it it hurts. Anything i crapper do to stop it? what could it be?

you probably twisted it or pulled a hooligan or something but if i were you go to hospital get it checked out better innocuous then sorry you never know what you could have done to your carpus maybe you unnatural or sprained?? Just try not to do anything that hurst it but a carpus hold on and verify it easy :) xxxxx
