 My musles hit been hurting for 2 days and when I essay to curve them they hurt alot.?

I hit a wieghts collection in broad school. It's been 2 days today and my blazonry ease hurt. I hit to ready them at a 90 degress seek for them not to hurt. And when I do move them I intend alot of pain. Is this normal?also this is my prototypal week of edifice and last year I didn't intend this type of pain. Last year I was aviate but not this type of pain. What crapper I do for this to go away? It mostly hurts at my ligaments nearby the bone. But there is some discompose in the musles too. This is discompose is coming from my biseps(I forgot how to spell it). If I put my limb at 180 degress( whole limb extended) it hurts like a mother..... But then a little taste of discompose goes away. Any support plz? But should I ease work out? After laybor day I hit to work out again or I'll intend removed from the class. Should I meet verify it easy? Or should I ingest device weights? Also how log will it verify the ligaments to heal if I did hurt them? What crapper I do to loosen up my tendons?I took a hot descent but that kinda untangled them up. Still feeling discompose but not as much, anyother sugestions?

You haw have perceive your ligaments...they take forever to heal, so in future ever warm up first before exercising. Try some heat packs on your arms and rest for now.

your alright,it's meet muscle pain,hey I tell you digit thing,with that pain,that means you hit healthy and strong muscles,you must work out alot thats why, or it can justbe muscle pain.

You have tightened up the tendons for your muscles to make them shorter than normal and that is what is causing your pain. Releasing them is how to intend rid of the discompose but most of them are pretty difficult to do. You can go to the dr.'s but they won't be healthy to tell you anything because the dripless muscles/tendons don't show up on any tests so they won't find them. Just trying to spend you some money on that one.
