its 9pm im 15 and i see pain , when i breathe in i see this pain on my mitt lateral where the crowning of my chest is, and its been happening since same three days ago, i do lift heavy coefficient so see free to tell me the problem!? and pain feels around clavicle area and modify kneck, and when i press it feels tight!? please help it hurts every time i breathe I CANT SEE A DOCTOR ITS 9PM I TOLD MY MOM AND I CANT REALLY DO ANYTHING IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO AT HOME TO HEAL THE PROBLEM I TOOK AN ADVILL WILL THAT MAKE IT FEEL BETTER?

You have pinched muscles in your back causing that pain. When you breath with tight muscles they either tighten up so it's hard to get a breath in or they pinch the muscles harder as the ribs expand to make it painful to get a breath in. You have to promulgation your back muscles to get them freed up and out of pain. Here's how to do that: Back: (do from a movement position) Place your mitt assistance on your mitt leg next to your body. Place your correct assistance over your mitt shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the face and unwaveringly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds tardily lower your embody nervy and to the outside of your mitt leg, keeping your mitt arm evenhandedly straight as you do.
