I had digit of those a little bit ago. It went away, and I cant tell you why, but I just say it's a quick migraine and verify some tylenol or anything that i have that will help it from coming back later and it being worse.

It was a muscle in your neck that tightened up for whatever reason. Those muscles go to the top of your head for it's movements to bond them into that pain. Here's how you crapper release your neck muscles to prevent that from happening again: Neck Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle low your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your head. Squeeze your thumb and fingers unitedly and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, most two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but stop your neck down for another 30 seconds. for best results behave your body first by attractive a unfathomable breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
