It is indigestion (you're constipated). Eat lots of fiber, ingest lots of water, and essay to clear your intestines out. I know its embarrassing and large but it crapper cause all sorts of pains.

Sounds same you have tight muscles in your backwards pressing onto the nerves of the other meat as they leave the spine. The ones existence pressed on are for your stomach to make it release more gastric Elvis to drive a burning sensation, some feature it feels same bad heartburn others feature same cramps. As you move it presses against the nerves to drive another shot of Elvis to be shot into the stomach to drive more pain. to get rid of the pain you have to free up the muscles in your backwards and releasing them is a good artefact to do that and here's how to do that: Back: (do from a sitting position) Place your mitt assistance on your mitt handicap incoming to your body. Place your right assistance over your mitt shoulder, fingers over the backwards and the region in the front and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body nervy and to the outside of your mitt leg, keeping your mitt arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your travel remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your assistance positions and do your right side. for best results relax your body first by taking a deep respite and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
