I hit a high nerve in my shoulder? When I move my limb in a certain way my whole limb from my margin to my hand goes numb. I know it's a high nerve in my margin because I crapper feel the tenseness there. My question is: Should I go to a chiropractor or to a communication therapist Or, is there something I crapper do as a home remedy?

You need to release a muscle to free up that nerve. Chiropractors work on the clappers and massage is beatific for half the muscle but you need the whole abstract free to get rid of the pain. Here's how you can free up the muscles in your back to release that nerve: Back: (do from a sitting position) Place your left hand on your left handicap next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your embody forward and to the right of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straightforward as you do. When you accomplish your lap remain there for added 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for added 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For best results relax your embody first by taking a deep respite and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
