Back hurts, I really dont know wich part?

I feel like i need to crack my backwards everytime, I have no idea what conception of my backwards hurts. My backwards gets really tired when i stand up or dont lean on something, When i pull my belly in really hornlike my backwards cracks. Or lean my nous backwards it cracks again. It customary cracks alot. So i really dont know what to do. I went to the student like 2months ago we did X-ray null came out. So please support me :/ Sometimes i get discompose in my backwards it feels like needle stabbing

The needle harmful could be a high cheek but that wouldn't explain all of the cracking. X-rays would have shown something serious like a herniated disc or fracture vertebrae. You might be healthy to encounter people that have had a kindred problem on whatever back limited community boards. I do know that cracking in the back is OK since it is just nitrogen rushing into the facet joints.
