Plantar Fascitis is when the sinew that runs from your calf to meet under your heel becomes likewise tight. I know, the part that hurts is not your heel where the sinew is, but the hooligan on the bottom of your foot (that it attaches to). Because the sinew is likewise tight, it pulls on the muscle, which hurts. I've never heard of anyone taping it before. I guess maybe that would take the pressure off of the hooligan and give it time to heal? My doctor told me to do streching exercises, as this will modify up the tendon. Even if the tape works, it will heal the muscle, exclusive to have it pulled again, because of the tendon. You probably need to do exercising exercises, unfortunately, the rest of your life. He has me to the stretch where you put both safekeeping against a wall, and put one leg back - foot flat on the floor. This stretches both your calf and tendon.

It has to do with the over stretching of a muscle in the lowermost of your foot. My dad has it and he had physical therapy for it and his sister had surgery for the same abstract and she said it worked. meet go to your student and they'll tell you what to do
